The town hall meeting was yesterday. It turns out that they had no idea that they had so little dishes. No one had brought it to their attention before. They decided to take a full inventory all the dishes, silverware, glasses, water pitchers and order enough so there would be enough for a buffet where people take a new plate.
They thanked us for bringing this to their attention and far enough in advanced that they could do something to resolve this problem.
Next on the list, the cake and finding an officiate for this little shindig.
